As corporate supporters of the Institute of Fundraising we are offering services FREE OF CHARGE to charities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, more than ever, it is essential to ensure donor and prospect databases are cleaned against suppression files – removing details of the recently deceased or including those who have added themselves to the mailing preference service.
We are offering the following services until the end of September 2020 to charities:
- We won’t be charging our direct charity clients load or processing fees
- We will be waiving our fees for carrying out Mailing Preference Service (MPS) cleansing, merge/purge and address cleansing
- We will clean data against the industry standard bereavement files on a not-for-profit basis
We are ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System) accredited in the “provision of data cleansing and the management of consumer lists”, which ensures that your data is secure. And while we have had to adjust our working arrangements during the pandemic, our working practices remain fully-compliant.
